Handmade in Nashville, TN
Local hardwood, cut, assembled, and finished, with the weight of a board that can handle years of usage. Made for the people you love feeding, and the ones you want to thank.
The Craft
Every board starts as solid hardwood, milled carefully so the grain runs the full length, accented with local hardwoods including osage orange, walnut and maple. We sand through the grits, oil it, and let it rest before it leaves the shop. No two boards match — and that's the point.
Food-safe finishes only, so it's as at home under a chef's knife as it is on the counter holding fruit and vegetables.
Made to be given
For a family member, a friend, or a client — a board outlasts anything else on the list.
Cut, glued, sanded and finished in a small Nashville shop - no factories.
Kind to knives and to whole foods — built for the cook who actually uses it daily.
Warm water, a bit of soap, dry it, oil it now and then. No dishwashers, no drama.
